Tire Flipping
You might be a little nauseous after viewing these GIFs, and for that I am sorry.
We are trying to change up our workouts every day & we have just discovered the challenge of tire flipping.
Mike flipped the tire about 20 times and I only managed about 5 full flips.
If you are searching for a challenging, full-body workout that requires mental and physical strength, this workout will most definitely live up to your expectations!
p.s. wear good shoes and lift with your bottom half!
